MUSTAPHA or better known by colleagues, friends and family as “Mus” has recently joined the Firm as Business Development Consultant – Advisor having amassed 30 years of experience in the corporate industry. A graduate of the distinguished Sek. Dato’ Abdul Razak in Seremban and later the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth with a law degree with Honours in 1989, Mus has navigated through a dynamic and multi-disciplined career path through exploration of various industries which has equipped him with indispensable and invaluable skills, knowledge and experiences.

 

Mus’ journey in the various industry has been a tapestry of experiences, shaping him into the multifaceted individual he is today. Whilst he opted not to take up the Certificate of Legal Practice, he continued to be involved in the legal industry through working as a paralegal in well-established law firms as well as general in-house counsel in several leading corporations including government linked companies.

​Apart from his well-versed and in-depth knowledge of the legal and corporate aspects, he has also been involved in advising and providing consultations to several corporations in the aspects of business development throughout his tenure with these corporations. He has guided, advised, assisted and formulated protocols and procedures and implemented strategic plannings to enhance efficiencies and efficacies of the business with the ultimate objective of revenue optimization through enhancements of existing business opportunities and creation of new markets.

 

Moving forward, he embraces the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, drawing upon the lessons learned and the passions that drive him. With a commitment to continuous learning, authenticity, and embracing life’s adventures, he eagerly anticipates the chapters yet to unfold.

 

Outside of work, his heart is close to nature  and hence enjoys activities such as hiking, camping and scuba diving which rejuvenates his spirit and fuels his sense of adventure. Whilst traditional sports such as football, running and cycling is still regular activity, travelling allows him to capture fleeting moments of beauty and excitement.
