EDMUND CHOW ZI SIM

EDMUND holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of London and obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in a single seating. He thereafter commenced his pupilage at an established law firm in Kuala Lumpur with a focus on tortious claims particularly in the area of running down matters or personal injury claims involving motor vehicle accidents representing insurance companies. He was also accorded the opportunity appear and conduct hearings and trials at the Magistrates Court independently.

Upon being admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of Malaya and whilst remaining a passionate litigator but wanting to expand and hone his skills and knowledge in a wider area of the law, Edmund subsequently joined the Firm primarily focusing on contractual, commercial and corporate disputes and other tortious disputes such as defamation, property damage, trespass and nuisance.  He currently assists the partners of the Firm in various high complex civil litigation matters involving contractual disputes, construction and building disputes, employment and HR disputes, strata management related disputes, landlord and tenant disputes.
